i really appreciated the complimentary water and protein bars. the hotel offered it during the marathon. breakfast had excellent choices. the staff was very kind!

the hotel lacked restaurant facilities! i had to get food from outside. there were no snack options available. this was inconvenient.

i found the front desk service really good particularly from sarah she allowed early check-in because a room was available the room provided extra amenities like a nespresso machine and lotion in addition to hand soap shampoo conditioner and liquid soap were separate in the shower the hotel is near an underground train station and a mall with a food court which was very practical

the elevator seemed old which suggested a need for refurbishment

The breakfast selection was okay. They seemed happy making fresh eggs.

The air conditioning seemed virtually nonexistent. My room faced the courtyard, so it got hot throughout the day. A fan was already in the room, but it proved too loud for nighttime use. The noise from other guests on the patio until after 1 a.m., also bothered me.
